Our Portland Story Book and Exhibit

I got asked to participate in a book project called,"Our Portland Story" . Part yearbook, part insider's travel guide, and part collected memoirs, but it's also all about Portland by Portlanders. The project was spearheaded by freelance designer Melissa Delzio, with the goal to capture the spirit of the city. I think she did a great job. The book came out beautifully and there are some wonderful stories.

The curator of the Backspace, chose 17 stories from the book (one of mine made it in) to be on exhibit and last night several authors read their stories. You can purchase the book on line here or at Powells.
