Brehan Clair: Collector of Fascination and Oddities.
First of all, anyone who collects fascination, fascinates me! I met Brehan Todd an independent designer at the Grand Re-Opening of Icon Tattoo (a lovely, mostly girl tattoo parlor in Portland, Oregon).
