Pastel Galactus with a spray can, perhaps?

I don't really know what this is. I was able to figure out that it's the cover of "Monster Movie," the debut album by Can from 1969, but not much else. You can sample several tracks at Amazon. There's a bit of information in the Wikipedia entry. Image spotted here.
