A very long time. I met a woman today that is a professional blogger...she inspired me to revisit this place.
So the new year is approaching and I have a new list of things I want to try! Last year I made a promise to myself that I would try as many new things as I could...and I did. I learned to crochet, knit, silkscreen (again!) encaustic collage, I made sugar skulls, sock puppets, felt puppets and learned to sew an a line skirt. So much fun and I can't believe I haven't been knitting all these years!
So this year my list is growing, I want to:
learn the art of letter press and hopefully I will purchase a small table press.
embroider
re- visit wood block printing and lino cut
create some baby t's for my all the liitle babies I know
learn more techniques in knitting and crochet
do some book arts
I am sure I will add to this list, but for now thats a good half ears work!
