KROP is now offering a free hosted portfolio and resume builder. "Designed for creatives with impossibly high standards, and built to the specification of creative recruiters at companies that already use Krop to find talent. (including Apple, Gucci, Nike, Mtv, etc.)"

I like the simple design platform. As I sometimes teach a design portfolio class at Portland State,  this is something I will definitely share. Unless your trying to highlight your web building skills this is a nice alternative that showcases your work nicely.
